Just saying, you probably bought him because of the potential. His starting skills are not that great and he lacks secondaries.

Are we looking at the same player? He's got 7 in both secondaries, 4 and 5 in two tertiary skills and both FT and STA are good.

Not according to the FAQ (144856.35)
Not according to the position breakdown by Mogul (141616.2)
Not according to HeadPaperPusher's breakdown based on Josef Ka's study (112743.1)
Not according to yet another position breakdown linked from the FAQ (118426.7)

All other position breakdowns I have ever seen only consider these skills tertiary at most for a PG. What is your source?

The guard habilities are all primary IMO. Inside Shot and Inside Defense help a lot the performance of a player in certain situations.
