This reads as if it was typed with an air of resignation.... should there be a little shoulder shrug on the end... or a pffft.

For me its almost like a 'like it or lump it'

I know you can't flower around week after week with an elaborate excuse - but even a 'sorry' at the end might have helped the tone of the message.

i tried to "teach" them some customer service skills, especially BB Marin, but to no avail... save your energy mate, they are developers and not PR men... but i totally agree with you, that "again" is from another world...

ps just waiting for a BB to ask us what else should have been written there because we always complain...

why this stupid and dumb response? read my message again and dont assume things I never said. I didnt refer to or mentioned a single word about the delay.... i said that the MOTD (message on the first page when you log in), from a customer service point off view, leaves a lot to be desired...

secondly, off course you feel this way. in the USA as I now understand the training is hardly delayed and the match reports arent delayed at all. is easy to say something when you have no idea/no clue what is happening....

yes, now i said something about the delays!!!!

i have reread all messages from today... there is not a single person that says a bad word about the delays. the only 2 things being mentioned is how long and whether there is a delay and that the MOTD could/should have been written differently...

i have learned my lesson, will accept the delays and not speak badly about them again and like quite a few long term supporters that recently didnt renew, i wont renew either...

why you have to be so condescending only god will know...

It doesn't matter how the MOTD is worded, complaints will persist until the actual problem is solved (and rightfully so).

this is the main reason why i will quit my supportership. as a developer i am very sure you are a very intelligent man, but not understand and instead attacking the people that are trying to help improve the services towards your customers, is quite frankly disappointing...

you must have been treated in a horrendous way by so many companies from a customer point off view if you think and more importantly cant see that the MOTD, especially the word "again" is totally out off place...

we arent mentioning this because we are dicks, because we are people that always complain etc, it is because 80% off the customers that have a complaint, never mention a word and just go somewhere else.

i dont know how to use the correct word, but that word "again" gives customers the feeling that you are "ok" with the delays. put yourself into a customers shoes for once and try to see it from a paying customers eyes...
