Maybe his potential is allready reached, I'm not sure.

We'll see that soon enough I cant afford it not to let him play on the C/PF position so he will get training anyway.

I think that when his limit is reached FT will be affected too. but since they still get limited training once reached, maybe FT is the only thing you can actually improve him in.

Since Joe is manager, you need to listen to his advice, but I'd train him in pressing since it trains OD and a little ID, and he would be spelndid as PF, but then he could use just a little higher OD..

But that's just me. ;) (and I lost from Joe last cup game, so...) hehe

since FT does have impact on salary, I think it is affected.

since FT has only small impact (compared to other skills) on salary, I think the best time to train FT is just before he reaches his cap. You probably get a few more levels of FT before he hits the cap that way...

But I'm not 100% sure. I would just find this logical.

If indeed you would ask to train only 1 position he would need to play PG.

I was thinking in terms of my training regime, and then you could train the taem on pressing, and then he could play anywhere. Ofcourse that's a slow proces...
A middle solution, yet still slow, would be that he plays SF, and he trains PG,SG and SF on pressure. It's a training I use a lot, but I don't train for NT's ofcourse. I imagine it is too slow for NT players...

On this tool: (http://www.how8.com/bb/index.php), FT doesn't affect salary. The tool is based on a study but I don't know where this study is...

I didn't check it, but I know for sure FT does affect salary as I have been training FT for a long time while I was waiting for a new level 9 or 10 trainer back in the old system.

I trained my whole team during a full season on FTs and all my players had higher salaries. It didn't increase an awefull lot, but it did increase.

I thought FT will affect salary too but in a minor way. The question is if the salary takes in account the visual skill or the subskill because if the visual skill is taken in account it should still be possible to train him on FT because the salary influence of FT is very little. If you know what I mean...

Anyway I hope you soon find decent NT players because bellens aint really a topplayer if you ask me :D

But if the potential is not reached (maybe yes, maybe not it's difficult to know), inside defense and rebound are good for his team and for the national team

I'm sure this player's potential is reached. The allstar cap is at precisly 50k from my experience. After the 50k he can still improve but it slows down considerably.

I just sold a 23yo PF, Ziv Shiqpler, he got 48k salary at the start of the season. In the 1st week he double popped at IS and ID, which made his salary definiately go over 50k. After that I trained 7 weeks of ID straight before he popped. So instead of 3,5-4 weeks it took him 7.
