The team with bigger win (if both teams win)/with win (if one team wins and another one loses)/with smaller lose (if both teams lose) wins.

In fact, some rules could prevent it... this idea reminded me one of Polish forum cups, The Lazy Jug Cup. The worst team won this competition... unfortunately now this tournament is gone .
