Additional info:

The reason yung player mo ay listed as a Small Forward ay dahil ang skillset nya ay balanced overall as already been mentioned. Pero I'd advice to focus on outside skills because of his height. And kung tama yung tinitingnan kong player, he's already lagging behind on skills for his age.

Better to try and acquire a much younger trainee with atleast Superstar potential and with outside skills all atleast average at 18 yrs old as your primary trainee. Sayang kasi yung training. IMO, I would have sticked with Jaume Robert. But he's fetching a good price right now so that'd be a good thing.

Honestly, in league IV, you don't really need players beyond 15k in weekly salary. All you need is a mastery of handling gameshape and enthusiasm of your players as well as strategically training your future star players to win your league. Nothing else.

That is why it is in this league where you should start training good, young prospects and building your arena capacity.

yung buzzerbeaterstats guide, rough guide lang sya on how to make your line up di ba?

Shempre mgbabago yun depending on your team's strategy.

actually as of the moment, wla ako sana plan na benta si juame robert, kaya 400k ang nilagay ko na selling, tinignan ko lng kung may kakagat, e meron hehe so un. ang plan ko is mag train ako ng pinoy PG na makukuha ko sa next draft. plan ko mag train ng U-20 na PG. si Themos Terzakis gusto ko maging long term PG/SG combo ko sana so ni train ko sya as PG now. ung 2 other trainees ko bebenta ko din cla agad before mag end ang season. napansin ko kasi ung market now medyo inflated compared nung 1st week ko dito (coincidendly1st week of the season dn.)

now agressive ako nag eexpand ng arena, so pinambibili ko ng arena ung mga binebenta ko na players :D by tom may papasok ulit ako 350k so expand ulit ako 3rd time in 1 month. :)

game shape nakuha ko na dn nmn, ung enthusiam ko every after game nasa 14 so ok pa dn nmn. cguro mag takbo ako for promotion after maging U21 ung PG ko so in about 3-4 seasons from now.

Di naman pilipino mga PG mo ... you're training a player with the purpose of U21 for another country ? Sayang ata effort.

It's good for your team though but not for our country. wala lang, just saying.

I just took a peak of your team and your league.

When the season ends, there will probably be atleast 5 bot teams, thereby giving you better chance to draft a talented player in the offseason. And you wont probably be picking first in the draft. And I dont really reccommend you going that route because that would have to mean finishing last and relegating, which isn't really a good thing.

What Im saying is that you dont have to put everything into one basket. What if you don't draft a U21 type prospect? You have to have your contingencies, or risk becoming caught up in the treadmill of mediocrity.

I see a manager with potential to lead an outstanding team in the future. What I've learned in my 5 seasons here is that whoever has the better long-term plans without sacrificing the present, goes on to advance to the higher leagues. Couple that with keen observations and non-stop reading posts in the forum, you'd probably go far. ;)

thanks for your input. you mean to say wla pang 2 years naka akyat ka na from IV to PPL? thats great! posible pla un.

for now ang contingency in case hindi ako makakuha ng U21 potential PG sa draft, bibili nlng ako sa labas then buy and sell. sa ngayon nmn ang pinaka concentrate ko is ipon pero to improve stadium. balak ko sana at least every week build ako ng build para pag promte ko season after next season handa ng stadium ko and concentrate na ako bili players.
