I am trying to make to understand you that I know well as the players are trained... for this I don't understans why doesn't improve anymore...
he has always playedabout 55/65 minutes to week, always in training for G-AP, it went improve every 2 weeks, now not more.
ps: he has played from play only last week, because my second play was injured...

Since the player's last pop at 2009-06-05 05:05:18.653, he has done:

0 seconds of training at Outside Shooting (Wingmen) - his 1757 seconds were all spent playing PG.
Full training at Outside Shooting (Team) - 3 weeks
Full training at Outside Shooting (Wingmen) - 1 week
1411 seconds of training at Outside Shooting (Wingmen) - 1 week.

is that wrong?

As per BB-Charles' post, the highlighted part is not true.

By the way, although the player didn't pop in that skill, he improved even if you just play him for 5 minutes.
It won't be a lot but his sub-skill must have improved.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Ouch.

I think its safe to say that his players would get better training from Stiflers mum (I hope i dont need to qualify this comment!)

To the original poster... clearly this is just a misunderstanding from your side as to the effectiveness and understanding of how to train properly. I would view it as 1/2 a season lost and now use the rest of this thread to really nail down a new training programme to ensure it wont happen again....

Good luck!
