I dought this player would even be in cosideration for U21 but can you guys give me some tips on how to train him.

You could probably make him a good quality well rounded PF over time, but I am not sure if he'll have a shot at the u21 or full NT with star potential. All-star seems to be the minimum for U21, particularly for bigs.

Train mostly IS, ID and REB. If you want him to be well rounded, also train JS, OD, handling, passing, etc. I would probably just train IS, ID, and REB until he is good enough and sell him off for a good price
