If you value wining in the long term you can not use "Let Coach Decide", in two weeks your game shape will be under 5 and you will be losing all your games. Not talking about training.

with out injury i never get such low gameshape, if you value winning every game you have a bench or a roster who wins with gs 7

I would LOVE a target minute system. Even if its in increments of 10. 10-20, 20-30. Would really help out with getting the right minutes to train guys. Training is overly complicated as it is. Playing guys out of position to get certain things trained is such a pain in the ass and pretty unrealistic.

I doubt this will happen. It would require a drastic change in the game concept. Part of the challenge of this game is allocating the right minutes to maximize training. Pretty unrealistic for a basketball game or any sports game, but that's how it is. Allowing minute allocation would simplify the 'training challenge' and reduce that aspect of the competition. I'm not sure the developers want that.

What would make the game a lot more realistic and, ahem, fun, is if this dependence of training on minutes was removed altogether. These issues of stamina and minutes played really stem from this training -> minutes correlation. Unless that is changed these issues will likely continue.

I don't like the idea of a minute allocation system - just a "rotational sub" system that still contains a margin of coach's error, thereby preserving the difficulty of training.

I assume he means "winning independent of GS" - obviously you can't use it in every game, but most teams don't play enough competitive games one way or another to justify using Let Coach Decide more than occasionally.
