Highest Enthusiasm I had was 18...after cup match....on the next day it dropped to 15...:P

I guess on Satrday it might be 13 or 14...cant realy remember now....but I remember that it dropped very fast.....

Maybe this is a huge NOOB question...

But where can i find the enthusiasm?
I Looked everywhere but can't find it?

(I'm pretty new to the game, playing for aprox. 4 weeks)

I've TIED all but 1 game this season and the highest enthusiasm value I got coming into a game was 12.

What is the actual effect of enthousiasm on a game?

From what I've learned so far there are 2 kind of effects; the enthousiasm level (like 5,6,7 etc) and the setting you choose (like TIE, CT, etc).

In what way do both components influence the enthousiasm level for a game?

Which teams generally plays better? level 7 with TIE of level 5 with CT?
