You are right that our win ratio hasn't improved frost but if you compare the squad we had when I took over to what it is to you will our win talent is not only better but on average savour 4 years younger. The past two seasons has been more about building than winning and I now believe the team is more capable of upsetting bigger teams, we will never win the world cup but our winning ratio will improve.
