Another problem would be B3, because with the merged (or unmerged) cup, fewer participants could ruin the system. Love the idea though.

The problems are much greater now for the BB as they would be if there were regions for these small countries.

I don't think that these players would care that much about they NT as they will never be competitive the way things are anyway, and they will with a more competitive league have more fun.

I think the BBs should ask these comunities what they want,and try to figure out a way to do something similar to what is proposed here and see if the user database of these countries go up or down, looking at things from a big country,for the game economicaly losing the only 13 users of some country and losing 13 from a big country has almost the same impact.

This is the best idea I've heard so far. Keep countries separate in lower leagues, then teams move up to "regional" pro leagues. They get to represent their country against good competition, and finances are balanced somewhat compared to larger countries. Draftees would still come from a team's country of origin.
