there is a 5 ball star rating and 4 ball potential 18 year old
his postion is SF but wondering if i could play him C or PF his height is 6'11

The listed position on a player is just a function of his current skills. Being listed as a SF probably means that he has decent jump shot and rebounding skills. You can definitely play him at C or PF, and with his height you'll want to train his inside skills up anyway (and that requires playing him at C for single position training, or PF for two position)

Players like that can actually turn out great. He might already have some nice guard skills which would make it easier to create a PF.

We heard arguments on why there is no difference for the draft list to appear mid way in the season but what are disadvantages of having it in the beginning of the season?
