yeah I wouldn't be focusing my training on a 6'9" PG with Atrocious passing.

if he's the best you've got then sure. but he's going to be slow going.

Sorry I didnt mean for him to be a future PG.

If I single train PG position for pressure, outside shooting or jump shot would he train signicantly slower than a 6 footer.

yup

but if you have a training position open when you are doing 2 pos training, such as JS/1vs1 or whatever, sure train him. but if you have 3 shorter guys for 1 pos training such as PRESSURE, then use them.. dont 2 pos train Pressure for this guy, your other guys will suffer for it as well.

I have enough trouble training my 6'7 SF in OD. Only up to prominent in his 20th year

Will be stoked when I can convert to Big man training next season

I don't know if you are in a position to do it, but if you could flip your training to big men he would have great skills for a future PF, except for the passing.

Thanks for your advice.

I've purchased a replacement trainee to go with Ata and Grima.

Sebastian Schanzen ((22970224))
Age: 18
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: allstar

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable

I think I stopped my big man training on Pillay, Foreman, McDonald and Pavricky too early. Probably should have kept going for a few more seasons with them.

What length of time have you guys trainined your trainees for before selling or moving to different training?

this is the longest i have trained a single player, and i am only in my 4th season of training garrie (18085302)

but he is a SF so it is a long arduous task. im determined to stick with it

Garrie Addison (18085302). The G-Adder striking blows since season 15

Gab Wall is just turned 21 and is still my main trainee, he will continue to get trained for another season or 2 yet.
