Pretty solid performance from the Lakers(all things considered), guess we'll see how the clips look in just a bit.

And was their a travel by Deng on the last Bulls possession? I missed the end of the game, but a friend of mine was complaining about it.

Deng was air bound when he gave up the ball. I don't know how/why they didn't double Rose that was poor team defensive but it made my holiday richer! Go Bulls and Clippers! Happy Holidays all.

Hmm, just watched the last few minutes and I'd have to agree on the no travel. Didn't like the foul called on Kobe though, the one that made it a 1 point game, but them's the breaks. Opinions from a kind of Lakers fan(while my Jazz are irrelevant)

Positives
-McRoberts, Ebanks, and Murphy- all played well and I liked what I saw. Plus that young guard, can't remember his name.
-Kobe's wrist injury didn't seem to slow him too much.
-Team seemed to buy into Brown's aggressive defense, especially in the second half.
-MWP wasn't in as bad as shape(my opinion) as everyone seemed to be saying.

Negatives
-PG's played pretty bad, really need someone to take on more ballhandling responsibilities from Kobe
-Pau, didn't think he had a great game, from what I saw had quite a few situations where he got the ball in the post and did nothing.
-Why was Kapono signed if he's not gonna play... Barnes too. (And put Luke on the coaching staff already)

+1 on the observation. Darius Morris is the rookie PG that you forgot. The Lakers are restricted by their guard-play so I can see why stealing the ball from Kobe was almost easy. If Lamar Odom was an option the game would have a much different out come.

The Clips just beat the Warriors. Despite the score though it was a pretty close game. CLIPPERS LOOKED FRECKIN AWESOME THOUGH

The rookie is Andrew Goldelock. I don't even recall Morris in the game

the clippers are definetly the better team between the two LA teams if you saw both games

Hmm, I think we don't have quite a large enough sample size to say that yet. Lakers played without Bynum, and honestly losing to the Bulls by 1(easily could have won) may be more impressive than beating the Warriors.

What Clippers' player contributed off the bench? Mo Williams? Right... I'm still not sold. The Clips beat a mediocre GS team and the Lakers almost beat a title contender without Bynum. Does this mean the Lakers are better either? Absolutely not. However, I think the Lakers have more depth and they played some stingy defense as well. As much as I think Mike Brown is a terrible offensive coach, he is a very good defensive coach and his team is buying into it. He also does a very good job of coaching the players on the sidelines and seems to have their respect.

If you were watching on Xmas day then you would know that the Thunder and the Heat will meat in the finals. Both dominated their games throughout (both scores were closer at the end than the game actually was, especially Miami's) against very good teams and both are young enough for the grind of the season. Yes it is only one game, but their is a reason why both of these two teams are being picked to win their conference and I tend to agree with that thinking.

Who do you guys think are going to meet in the finals? Try to be unbiased or this question will turn into a "homer" picking contest. I HATE the heat btw...
