Malice would like to train bigs

*Would like to*... but the draft has been very, very unkind to II.1 in as far as bigs are concerned. Rubbish.

I *am* training young bigs - just not for Japan.
Khachatryan (20yo) is on the Hayastan U21 side...
Yuen Ling (19yo) will most likely eventually make the HK U21 side...
and Sidaranovas (19yo) will most likely make the Lithuanian U21 side...

I just wish one of those guys could have been Japanese - but not to be. Perhaps one day.

Finding local players that are worth training at all is a challenge, finding one with MVP potential is a dream that I guess we aspire to one day.

I hear you. It's pretty much a problem with every smaller nation.

And I just spent nearly 800k on a 19yo.

This is the critical week. This is the week when the top trainers will finalise their training rosters. I hope there are a few great players that will be free agents this week.

Well... gert pulled out. I think this election's a done deal.

I think gert was dropped becuase he didn't have any votes by the 2/11 2pm cut off. I guess that means I win by default since I'm the only one on the list.

I've built a player list based on what I can find on bb-stats and will start scouting as soon as I get access. It looks like the schedule doesn't give me any time for a scrimmage with the team and I have to go straight into our first tournament game next monday.

Has there ever been a team discussion without me suggesting one of my own players?
