I mentioned that forgetting to set lineups was half the reason I get knocked out of the cup haha...

So the Great 8 played pretty well, and held serve at home with ease. Great 8 teams won 7 of 8, with the only loss coming at the hands of the Flash Masers, who refuse to lose. Lots of big time upsets too: Cresleys over Extra Crispy, Door Mats over Updog, BAT over Natellio. As a result, the Great 8 has shot up the rankings.

Power Rankgins
1. Liberty and Power, 13.720
2. Ron Swanson, 10.644
3. Flash Mashers, 10.108
4. East Gary Eagles, 5.169
5. Lengends, 4.713
6. Traptors, 2.958
7. Eclypze, 2.829
8. Natellio, 1.375
9. Extra Crispy, 0.895
10. BAT, -0.381
11. Lake Charles, -2.690
12. 2 Left Feet, -3.780
13. Updog, -4.404
14. Ozark Tigers, -13.211
15. Door Mats, -13.644
16. Cresleys, -14.346

Sorry that you moved down after winning Cresleys. Door Mats won too though, and you're average rating is lower than theirs as it stands right now.

Speaking of average rating, right now the league average is at 6.620 (average (high)). I believe last seasons averages hovered around 6.2. We're all WAY better this season.

I'm so confused. I won again, and remain undefeated and moved down... Guess they're putting up higher ratings? I'll have to prove myself in the next game vs RSAS haha

Yea I understand. But these rankings figure in 3 different aspects of the team. Team Ratings, Team Record, and team point differential. Here's where those all stand for the top 3.

Team Average Record Pd
1. Libery 7.080 7-1 +26.88
2. Swanson 6.897 7-1 +20.63
3. Flash 6.806 8-0 +16.25

So, as you can see, you're ahead of them in one out of three areas. They're basically killing everyone they play, which hurts you a little. And yes, their average ratings (expecially Liberty) are better.

Ratings are the #1 factor in these though. That's why East Gary is ahead of Lengends as well. East Gary is only 5-3, but his average rating is at 6.917 while Lengends are 7-1 but ratings are only 6.584, which is actually below the league average.

I'm looking to improve my team, not satisfy with that rating and standing at #5. Keeping my eye out for a good to great bargain SF or C to start or come off the bench.

Not you too... I guess I just have to be thankful I'm not in the great 8, otherwise I'd have to compete with you three powerhouses...

I've got no choice. Although I currently share the same record as them, I don't feel that I'm on the same level as RSAS and L&P. And they keep getting better and better.

I am in the middle of training people. Not worried about power ratings.
