Well B31 started BB in season 2 and seeing as this will probably be a 0 vote election it will be decided by the age of the teams. If he wants to run Ghana U21 he almost certainly will.

Things I did for India that I would do if I was running Ghana include:
offsite forum for tactics if there are enough interested people
weekly update of the skills of the players tracking their pops
weekly update of all teams looking at potential players for saving
mentoring program to get people to help the managers to train their players
database of all good young players updated at the start and end of each season

But if B31 is running then he wins.

we are going to be involved in a great challange today. Actually it's a derby, since the Tounes' coach is an italian manager very well prepared.. extremely unpredictable game :)

ps: This same day there is another game which deserves attention, Misr vs Nigeria.

Guys, yet another win yesterday. 6-0 is such an amazing result! This time we have also earned something in term of points. Finally, we have also reached the second round of the tournament. That's great, and it was my first goal at the beginning. Now we are going to play against the first 6 squads remained. Probably Misr will soon pass to lead the ranking. Anyway, I will take the better choices keeping in mind our real level, as I have done until now ;)

guys, this is a win which gives us much enthusiasm, especially after the previous defeat. Still, a match highly impredictable but the squad has gained another great win. well done guys ;)

Great work again. Winning seven of eight is amazing and you are doing a wonderful job with the team. Looks like your core is all high potential and still in training age (25 or younger) so I hope they are getting some. Fantastic!

Sadly the U21 team is the opposite. They have lost every match. The roster looks horrible. Badly out of shape players, hopeless players too old to ever be of use. No forum posts. No organisation. Nothing. What a disaster.

The Ghana DB is online :)

I and Matt are working to populate it.

Now it's very essential, but we hope to improve it asap, to make our work easier.

Matt wins games, but He thinks to the future, too :D

Hi ghanaian supporters.. we gained another W yesterday evening, great! :)

However, today I would like to concentrate on another topic. B31 has recently created our new database, as he told us last week. In these days we have made effort in order to find out the better young players and populate the DB. Personally, I want to thank B31 for the time spent in programming and looking for young stars :)

Now we are ready to move ahead to the next step. We want to contact all the managers who own interesting players. Then, we would like to set development plans according to your needs and maybe make some suggestion. Thus, in the next few days B31 (who is part of my staff obviously :P) and I are going to send BBmails and ask for information..

If you think to own an interesting player aged 18-19 yo, please send a BB-mail to me or B31:

- matt (37080)
- B31 (37089)

thanks..

Was that my post you deleted? If it was I am certain that under no definition possible of speech was there a speech made by me. I may have indicated a possible interest but it is certainly at most just a possibility and certainly far from a speech. However I will try to be more careful.

However it does seem very artificial to have to pretend that you have no interest in running until the election starts. What if someone directly asks you? Is it an offence to answer? I am sure everyone knows why random foreigners start sniffing around national forums at this time of the season, why deny it? This seems like a very grey area. I totally understand that we don't want mountains of spam, speeches and campaigning for weeks before elections but if someone wants to run a NT surely they should be encouraged to show some interest.

For my point of view (and if this is crossing over the line please just edit this part out not delete my whole post) I am looking at several nations at the moment wondering where to throw my hat in, I guess the rules preclude me from saying which.

What if I had very innocent posts but changed my name to Yodabig(season 20 X nation U21 coach)? Would that be breaking the rules?
