I would just like to ask a question; what strategies do you have in mind (if any) to try and incorporate a wider variety of managers from Australia, to get new up-and-coming managers more involved with what goes into the representative teams?
Besides the fantastic input from the 'veteran' managers that already basically run this Australian community, i just feel like there needs to be more people getting involved and more help i guess (not just answering little specific questions that people post on the forums) but maybe something a little extra. the one example that i can think of, is that, perhaps it is possible for the new under 21 coach to 'check up' on coaches who are training NT players more regularly instead of waiting for questions to arrive to them they could for example every 3 weeks just bb-mail coaches to see how they are going. i know this may include more work but hey if your going to be the NT coach, you know, should at least try to do stuff like this or similar.
I would also like to know how the new manager will utilize the offsite forum and again what strategies will they have to generate more buzz and interest in the offsite forum? Whitebeard has done an excellent job in his first season of posting loads of info about the National team on there, especially when he first got elected and its also great to see that he has kept that enthusiasm and work ethic throughout the entire season.
So yes if any candidates could address this post it would be great. and even though im a relatively new manager to this game i would like to see this post (and also others from other coaches) treated as equally as if someone of Yodas or Direwolf status were to have posted this comment.
thankyou
