I'm still confused with the Grade and the Potential. What's the difference between those two?

I heard one say that the grade "only" determines if the player is high-end or low-end in the specific level of potential. Is that correct?

Grade has nothing to do with Potential. The Grade tells you more granularity with regard to the Star Rating.

So Potential is THE most important thing when looking to draft talents? And the stars and grade tells you how good the players are now?

Yep potential is king.
Grade just shows where they sit in the current skill level.

BTW, does the minutes in draft box score matter?

Which one would you prefer? Both are 4-star rating. Not scouted yet, so I dont know their potential.
Player A , 7'0 , PF : 25 mins , FG 3-12 , 3PT 0-1 , FT 5-6 , 5 TO , 3 PF , 11 points.
Player B , 6'10" , C : 26 mins , FG 5-9 , 3PT 1-2 , FT 4-6 , 2 TO , 5 PF , 15 points.

5 fouls in 26 mins is way too much, he might be foul prone. so i would take player A.

Player B looks better in every segment except fouls. If you plan on training, don't even bother with that one. It will be pain in the ass to get him enough minutes for full training.

Foul machines are terrible. I had a guy that fouled like crazy. He taught me not to have those kind of players EVER again.

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/18270182/overview.aspx

Here's his "best" streak. :)
Season 16
31.5.2011 29 mins, 6 fouls
28.5.2011 34 mins, 6 fouls
26.5.2011 15 mins, 0 fouls
24.5.2011 26 mins, 6 fouls
21.5.2011 22 mins, 6 fouls
19.5.2011 16 mins, 6 fouls

In season 17, he set a record with fouling out after just 11 minutes and that was the moment I snapped and sold him.
4.8.2011 11 mins, 6 fouls
2.8.2011 20 mins, 6 fouls
30.7.2011 21 mins, 6 fouls
28.7.2011 27 mins, 6 fouls
