Game of the Day: New Years Day
Chicago Christains(1)-(2)San Diego Pitbulls

There is only one New Years eve and only one New Years Day in one year. WEll this game is bigger. The Christns are looking to pull out a win with leaders Alfréd Garamvölgyi, Guido Bergo,Edcel Tiñasan, and Abderrhamane Boussouf. I interviewed jwills2 from the Pitbulls and I asked him if he thought he would beat the Christains and he said, It Will be an easy win. I thn asked how much he would win by, he comminted " I will win by 20 points". Finally I saked him if was looking to play better offense or defense, he said" I don't focus on offense or defense. I like a good balance".

Golden Pipes vs. Bucks
Bill Schonleys Golden Pipes improved to 10-0 this season by beating the calumet bucks on the road. The Pipes put the game out of reach on a 35-12 run. The bucks had in fact led almost all of the first half, they finished off their 31-23 first quarter with a put back slam at the buzzer by Juan Carlos Pascual who finished with 32 points. The Pipes tied the game with a 10-2 run towards the end of the second quarter capped by a second buzzer beater, this time by Jacinto Echebarrieta who ended up just shy of a triple-double with 30 points, 11 assists, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks. The 51-51 tie at halftime was broken by a 10-2 run by Bill Schonleys' before the bucks took the lead back with a 10-0 run of their own. Rodrigo Maestre Santiago almost won the game by himself at the end with the majority of his 18 points and 15 rebounds coming in the fourth quarter. The calumet bucks slipped to 5-5 on the season and 3-2 at home.
