im not trying to be rude. But Li is an inside tactic why would a big man need outside defense. when the guards has od.. it not like li is pulling the big man to the 3pt line.

Because it works. I assume that it's helping prevent passes getting to open guys down low, or forces more turnovers or forces big men to take less than ideal shots because they can't get the ball back out to someone else. Maybe some combination of all of the above. I just know that handling, passing and OD have all been exceptionally useful on big men in the relatively short time I've been playing this game.

Guards stop passing up the top and bottom. in 2-3 zone even more with very high outside defense. I think don't it think it BB game realistic to find a big man with high od unless you start a sf with 6-7- 6-9 height with those stats and make him a pf / center.. that's only way, I see it being done.

Even then he cost a lot of money to train and too keep, because he has high guard skills because he started at Sf. Its worth a try though.

Height does not count on simulation so no use in talking about it.

IRL OD on big man is important, denying that hi-lo game or those passes to cutters, contesting mid-range jumpers, footspeed to stop penetration or recovering to your rolling man.

In BB is just effective, but we can only speculate why.

From my team statistics anaylyze i can say that 11od 11id 6sb is more effective defending post than 13id 13sb and it forces less shots attempted also. maybe because LI mainly runs pick and roll, so your big man can defend it better. Also i have noticed very weird thing second game a row my best player who is multiskiled 106skilpoints center who is listed as pg cause have like 15passing and driving and high IS tends to not assit the ball nearly at al(While playing PG) to my post players and finishes incredybly accurately above 71 percent. This happens when i run pick and roll with 106 multiskilled pg/center and 117 moldova national team sf and another freak guy 111 skillpoints pf of mine:D

If you Improve forum you improve community thus improving the game.

I think BB has one of best forums out there. Noone has Sneak peak that lets you know which of your messages have been answered to. Other forums' option is "follow this thread", but you still have to read through all consequent messages to know if anyone replied to you.

This forum shows you how many messages have been posted in a thread since you left. Other forums notice you only of when there are new posts, but not how many.

When you click on a thread, you start with the first message you didn't read yet from the last time you were there instead of starting from beginning.

Etc. etc. If you payed more attention to details or cared to compare this forum to other, you'd see lots of differences. Instead you just bash something without even thinking why.

Average BB user does not read the forum? That's because forum is not an integral part of BB. Matches and training are. This doesn't mean forum is useless, yet you made that connection which is very unfair to forum developers.
