And just tip, unless you want Sourpis in your face... you let Vardis use the executive washroom. No questions asked!

Now you're on the trolley!

Honestly, I think I'm going to take a similar take to what I did last season - try to lock up a secure position and then, if there isn't a clear leader go for the title. If there is a clear leader, I'll sell off my players that a worth anything and "tank" the last two weeks or so.

Also, apologies to those teams we play in the first couple of weeks. I'll try to lower salary soon, but I think I want to get the best prices for everyone. I still expect to have a competitive team, even with a 400k-450k payroll.

That's absolutely fantastic seeing how I play both of you two THIS week.

That's the spirit!

I've got room to trim some salary (hooray for 18k eleventh men!), but I'm not under real salary pressure at this point. If I get a crappy cup draw and lose my rivalry/TV game in the first third of the season I may then be under salary pressure, but last season's rivalry and Cup double-whammy was unpleasant, and I don't have the promotion bonus to float the first half of the season this time.

That's rough, and I'd have more sympathy if I hadn't enjoyed the privilege of getting to face teams that had just tanked their game vs. Delta all season long.

So, uh, how's that overextension tax shaping up for your roster?

I can't wait for the LA's to translate the News Post into English. The tax and training portion of the post is a little vague.

After I sell the players I want to sell, it'll be back to 0. At the moment it's at -115k though. I think I have 4 weeks to sell though? Also, that training exemption is going to be huge. Really helps the hg route.

Yeah Kumiko explained it in the help forum pretty well. I really dig the changes.
