as it says in the rules...

The level of the staff member does not impact the effectiveness of the speciality

How can you ever say that's exaggerated?

even if it's just a one dollar increase per week, the thought of having weekly negotiations to the management just seems unreal...

monthly negotiations may get fewer qualms, offseason negotiations would be my own best solution, but weekly salary negotiations is just too unreal.

i think by doing this also negates the possibility of again having negotiation with the trainer or any staff if they lost motivation.

though a contract is signed before, after a span of time they drop skill level prompting you to either drop him or just continue since we cant find a replacement.

since he is always motivated, and the weekly increase already constitutes for him to give you his best performance.

rather than being hopeless when he lose his drive :D i think its already good its the same as having to increase him in a big amount just to get him back to top class :D

would they always have a rise in salaries? it doesn't fluctuate between rise or drop of contracts?

Having thought a bit more about the numbers I think it may be more difficult purely because of the times people are online.... if a staff member comes up for grabs when 800 people are online then the bidding war is likely to carry on beyond that of if the auction ends at a time when there is 200 or so people online...

With the player TL it seems to tick along even in quieter times but if the volume of staff hitting the market is too low then it might even mean downgrading to a lvl 1 if you are always being gazumped when looking for your cheaper/chosen replacement when your staff salaries are too high for you to maintain.

It doesn't mean there are weekly negotiations. It is perfectly possible that the initial contract was negotiated with weekly increases.

Hey! There are too few high level staffs.
Tonight there are 16 trainers available of level 6 and one of level 7. For me that is more than we need the way this has turned out. If someone can pay $1 400 000 for a level 6 trainer (Ruddy Costa), the problem must be that there are too many teams with too much money in the bank.
How can one trainer of lvl 6 be so much better than another of lvl 5 justify this amount of money?

One quick answer may be people who want to train players for their National Team. Any increase in training will help their country in the long run.

I am likely to dump my players, demote and start training only U21 and NT players after I pick up a level 7 coach. I won't care anymore about how much the coach costs since I don't care too much anymore about how my team performs.

yeah - the only legitamate teams that will buy will probably opt to train 3 MVP's single position only.

Other than this I just hope they dont fall into the hands of teams that have no aspiration of climbing the BB ladder... just those who have slipped the net and set up a secondary account to support their NT or to flood the market at a time where they happen to have just got a nice cash amount on the team they are keeping for the long term.
