soovitan treenida algul kindlasti paar hooaega hüppeviset ja viskeraadiust. selllest peaks saama väga hea VT või MJ

Soovitaks lisaks treenida kindlasti ka välist kaitset. Mõnikord vise ei lähe aga kaitse oskus töötab alati.

Üks küsimus veel. Kas pressing on väline kaitse? Ma vaatasin et treeningu nimekirjas välist kaitset pole.

Väga huvitav treeningu päev- 1-1 trenn ja mehel sama oskus hoopis langes.Saan aru küll,et 33 ja vana mees aga just nüüd?
