About your "young one" you share with us. Right in the first look we have things to wonder about, like his height. 201 is a good high, but i think would be better for a SF, i like to train player for PF or C with more than 206 cm, because they get pop ups faster in the inside game. But 201 is good for a PF too.
Anyway, thinking in get your player better, either for SF or for PF, we see a lack of Jump Shot that may drop his game score. SF and PF are player that can be really great with Jump Shot high.
If you are trying to make a SF, I recommend immediately start a 1x1 training on him, so that he can dessenvolver fast her outside game and then train his inside game (what i think is easier).
