I know that ther is no precise analysis, I was hoping for same expirience-guide assumptions
Something like this

Jump shot Forwards
~2-3 weeks for pop up
~60% of IS training

I'm currently training one on one for guards with a level 5 trainer. One of my 20 year old trainees with superstar potential just popped Handling and Driving in consecutive weeks (he's above 10 in both skills, so not like he was really low relative to his other skills). He obviously had really high sub-levels, but even with that, the currently posted "3-4 weeks" for both, especially since he's a 20 year old I've read thru a good chunk of the thread and didn't see this. possible that both of these skills are more "2-3 weeks"?

If he popped in consecutive weeks in both skills that would mean that the train gives more than 0.5 values each time.

Example (with 0.6):

Week 1 - 8.9
Week 2 - 9.5
Week 3 - 10.1
Week 4 - 10.7
Week 5 - 11.3

And so on...

Which means that it would be 1/2 weeks to pop and not 2/3 weeks.

maybe its more like 0.52. then two consecutive pops would happen rarely and it would be 2/3 weeks.

I would still be 1/2 weeks as you have a pop at least every two weeks ;)

considering height, levels of other skills, globally it would be 2-3 weeks :)

Agreed... I guess I was adjusting my findings to make less of a bold statement (saying that the speed is twice what is posted). I think that there is potentially a significant random factor in training too... so it could be that it is like .3 * .3 * (random decimal from zero to one). From what i've seen overall, the 2-3 weeks is pretty acceptable, just thought it was noteworthy that i had a guy pop back-to-back.

To follow up, one of my 21 year old trainees popped driving 3 out of 5 weeks. This would make me think that the average is somewhere around one pop per 2 weeks (especially w/ 18-19 yo trainees)

Which kind of train? 1x1? for Guards of Forwards?

Definitly that would mean that even for a 21 year old to pop in driving is at least 0.5 per train. Taking your trainee as an example and assuming he poped on the first train you gave:

Inicial = 7.9 (Respectable)

7.9 -> 8.4 -> 8.9 -> 9.4 -> 9.9 -> 10.4 (Prominent)

Of course this would work even if he had 7.5 being the minimum of every train ate least 0.5 (with 0.4 it doesn't work).
Keep on giving us informartion, this is really nice

There's somthing missing in the fisrt post

These are the 18/04/09 Passig pop-up

PG/SG:
Trains PS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks

Team:
Trains PS @ ?
Trains HN @ ?

That no longer apears on.

Howl to the Moon, you won't regret it.
