Ha,

I don't think that is the case, GS is average and it will take him sometime I imagine to fit in to the mix properly, with your new recruit I think you have some areas I will struggle with. I am glad I have got the piece I have been looking for though, his salary indicates his completeness and he will round off my starting 5 nicely when he gets he GS back.

amazing the difference 1 player can make.. we were well and truly in it until our big fella fouled out, and once that happened you pooped on us in the 4th :D

your offensive flow is amazing.. hard to compete with that when training PG and playing guys out of position..

ah your big fella fouled out, I wondered what happened as you were up 1 point at 3 quarter time, I turned around 5 into the 4th and my guys had started to push the lead out. Well played by you as well mate, your guys D and defensive rebounds made it very difficult to get second chances.. Until next time :)

Neil is the current best rated player in the league, but I have my entire starting 5 and 1 bench player in the top 20. Beasts have 4, ACT and Gladiators have 3. Rangas only have Wall with Subaya 21st. But Neil and António Terroso have a fair gap on the rest at this stage so I would imagine both are locks to be allstars. If all 6 of my guys got up I would be amazed but surely Diakite, Sow and Garbett should make it. I don't know what the criterion are but if they have anything to do with wins, games played, points scored and other stats then those 3 have been gold this season for me.

I'm really worried now. Next season players like Wall, Neil and Chan will be monsters while my trainees are still in their early days (20, 19 and 19 and all behind where they should be), If I can't escape now I may never. Look for some desperate Hippos later in the season.

My training pressure is slow going. I am getting about 1 pop a week between the three guys which is very slow going. At this rate it will be at least another 4 weeks to make my target.

i think it is done on the vital stats for each position.

so:

PG - asts, stls, t/o's, points/fg%

Sg - Points/fg%, asts, stls and so on

at least that is my view

Assuming you boys are right the red are going to get destroyed. 15 of the top 20 rated are from the blue, and seeing as I couldn't make a starting 5 for the red from the top 20 because 4 of the the 5 are C/PF it would seem the blue will have no concerns. Plus side for me I should get a few boys in :) Hopefully it will play out semi-real time this time round!

Just remember I have 2 guards and they are #1 and #4

Neil is the number #1 rated but is he the best guard on my team??!!.....I would say no! just saying.. The final series is going to be epic however!!
