There isn't a problem with how the game is set (maybe in the income difference between the top and 2nd division) but how many users are playing in each country.

In Spain -> a lot of teams -> higher level of competition -> forces teams to spend -> lower income
In Cyprus -> less teams -> lower level of competition -> doesn't force teams to spend as much -> higher income

But how does this imbalance affect other Leagues which aren't in direct competition? I'm not sure.

Yes, a team from the Spanish third division may be at a disadvantage on the Transfer List compared to a Cyprus third division team, but it doesn't affect the position of the Spanish team, because it affects all of the teams in his direct competition in the same way.
If he can't outbid the Cyprus team because the team has less money and working under a theoretical construction that every team in his division is of the same strength, then no team in his division can win that bid -> doesn't affect the competition.

Yes, it may be easier promoting in a smaller country but how does that affect the competition in Spain?

The only teams which may have a case are the B3 teams but they create a very small minority of teams.

the fact that 1st division teams make the same weekly net income as a IV team is what is supposed to happen for the BB economy, when the 2 teams play in "mature" divisions

what someone of us is trying to understand is if the currently "immature" leagues have a chance of grow and become "mature" or not
i hope charles can answer the question i asked in this post (129389.254)

The difference between(salary-arena) your team and the big four of serie A is about: +450000k weekly for you

The average seats in your serie for big four is : 16500
The average seats in serie A for big four(for salary, there are team with more and more seats) is : 18500

so, it's not a problem of seats, but the earning from the arena in small countrys is too high

I think the answer to that question will be different per country. But since we see a steady global growth in BB, I think every many countries got the chance to eventually grow big.

Some countries struggle like Lubnan, a country that has been here since season 3, but still only got 8 managers.
Other countries show a very fast increase in the amount of users, like Taiwan, in season 9 they were still below 100 managers, now they already got almost 450. Scotland got just 12 users around season 9, while they are now at almost 40.

It changes per country, since in some countries are wealthier and other countries got a better basketball culture. I think most of the countries we got in BB got the potential to grow, but since I think userbase growth is exponential, the start is the hardest.

If we are talking about BBB you have some point, but BBB its all about 0.2% of the users. Is that your worry? i dont think so. You are not competing there, and from the results it doesnt make sense to care that much about it.

Your main problem is your domestic competition. But again that is not related to small countries.
