Something that might just influence me to go all in, is when I accidentally bid on a great Aussie player, whilst attempting to bookmark him.


Wow guys, I think HA is trying to hint at something here.

How on earth do you "accidentally" bid on someone while you were bookmarking them?
I thought you were a very experienced manager?

I must say, I can't compare the level of experience I have with you - but even I have never made such a mistake.

I guess if I forget to put up Linares for auction and accidentally buy another player or two, and promoted I guess it wouldnt be too bad of mistake to make.

Maybe I should go looking for other players to accidentally bid on.

Perhaps you should buy Mottram (10839063) and the Australian Centre Jalajamani (14003368) to make sure of a promotion?

Again, at the risk of sounding like his fanboy, I will step in an defend him. When I was the coach of the India U21 and was adding and dropping players to the team like crazy (often at the start of the season about 200 players!) I several times bid on those ones that were on sale, don't think I ever bought any but it was annoying as heck and when you are tired, multi-tasking watching the NBA and doing very repetetive tasks it is easy to forgetfully press the wrong button. I also added a player during the season by accident who I was just trying to advertise. Maybe I am just a silly Yoda.

Dont know how i did it and I certainly dont remember doing it but after bookmarking several aussie players I went to the "Manage My Team" page and found out Id bid on one.

Could have been a lot worse I could have bid on someone who was way over priced

Maybe I should subconsciously accidentally bid on Sikko Karreman (8156743) as well

Hang on did I bid on that player or not, no I think I just bookmarked him

How good would they look on the same squad as Smeltz and Duffill?

Sid "accidentally" bidding? Cmon!! I dont even know why u would even say that wat are u hoping to acconplish?

Anyway its not like i have a prob with buying more players i had to do it myself after a string of unlucky injuries. May have to add another one given u will be likely adding cranshaw.

I am definitely all in now

Jalajamani is injured yet again, is that the third or the fourth time this season? I would just never like to rely on him. He wrecked Pancakes season and he is probably one of the top five managers in Australia along with Whitebeard, mllama, Direwolf and Koopasaurus.

How can you even put my name in the same sentence as those legends of the ABBL. I am deeply insulted! That is just as bad as supporting the fact that HA "accidentally" bidded on Duncan Cranshaw instead of bookmarking him. =P

Well if someone doesnt bid over me on Cranshaw, then i guess im going to have to go all in.

Riviera and Cranshaw as a pair would belong in the ABBL.

Perhaps you or "D" Grasscutters could bid over me and get Cranshaw thus reducing the incentive for me to buy up?

Then again you could have brought Linares when you had the chance
