Honestly, if there was any work in history other than as a lecturer at a university, I'd do it. I love history (Russian history from 1600-1945 and Fascism/National Socialism from the late 19th century-1945 are my specialties). But, law pays a lot better, and it's a lot easier to find work :/

so everyone what are we talking about now.

topics bounce around alot in here.

In div 3 is it worth building a strong starting 5 and weaker back ups or go for some depth at the cost of the starters

I would actually go with neither. I think in division III you should be binary. Either you should have a pathetic team and about three players that you are training to be the future stars of your team (or sold for a massive profit) and making a fortune $150,000 + profit each week, or you should have a killer starting five and (not everyone agrees with this, Naker and PP both have no benches) at least two solid backups off the bench.

So look at your league. Can you promote? If not tran and save. If yes then ruthlessly go for it with the best starting five you can muster plus two solid bench guys.
