1 pop in OD and no pops in passing for a 18 year old is not great. You need to avoid doing 1on1 so much.
I would focus on the main guy as he is younger and has better potential. If you stuff up training just focus on him and leave the other guy not getting full training.
1on1 is good to do at the end. At a young age you want to focus on the harder skills to train like OD and JR. I would be doing them only for this season and all of next. Then add some passing a bit and you would have a handy player.

Thoughts on current progress of my 18 y/o SF? What should I be hoping for by the end of this season, and is he behind (or about right) for a future NT spot?

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: average
Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong ↑
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: awful

He is looking good. Are you wanting him to a inside, outside of balanced focus SF?

For Def if you get his OD to 12 and ID to 10 would be good.
then it depends o how you want him to score. I would go Is to 10 also then focus on his out side scoring to make him a well balanced SF for the 21s.

Something like this by start of 21s would be great.

JS 11 JR 8
OD 12 HN 6
DR 6 PS 8
IS 10 ID 10
RB 5 SB 7

IF you work towards that and speak to Iwen about it he will give you a more focus build that fits your team and would eb a benefit for the 21s. This season ad often in 21s we have lots of PGs, SGs, and Cs and lack SFs and PFs. So a well built SF is always in demand but he must be able to def inside and outside and be a good scoring in at least 1 of them.

Yeah, iwen's given me a good training regime for a few seasons, but I wanted to know how he was progressing - my last SF started slowly (I don't know why) and I've never been able to catch him up!
