recruiting PL - Texas League ver 4 (13k to 22k)

recruiting private league - 6 of 16 teams still needed

teams will be world rank 13k to 22k

the new private league (PL) ‘Texas League ver 4’ will have 16 teams & will last 16 weeks

the soonest start date is 2013 May 24 Fri 2 am CST (9 am CET)

the format is 16 teams, one game against each team plus one playoff game for a total of 16 weeks
