Well its a good start, with some nice tools to work but some big holes too. Training SF's can be very tricky, and you know some players need 2 trainers to fulfill there potential. I am big men trainer, and i had a 6'3 C, with some nice outside skills. So i trained him for 2 years as a big man, and then i sold him to an other Cypriot who is training guards. With that way Cyprus NT will have soon a very complete SF, who can play 3-4 positions. He will not master anything but he will be very good in many areas. Training big men its easier couz u have less skills to train but much more expensive couz there salary going up with very high rate. Now i am looking a big guard (lets say 6'8) with some nice inside skills to buy, and train him with my other big men, and then i will have the SF that i need. I think that this is the best way to train players and have some profit, without messing u r training plan, but maybe its just me with that kind of thinking.
Anyway the ideal for me is to have 5-6 trainable players, and every year sell 1 and get money to fill the position that u dont train. An other thinking is to train 1 position with much faster results, but less players to sell. I am thinking to do that by the middle of the next season since my PF is getting old, and i have 3 really talented big men to work with. But this tactic i think that is applying more on the teams that are already strong, having big arenas and they play on the higher divisions. They are also some ''farm teams'' that the only reason of there existence is to train players for there NT's. On your position i would chose to train 5 players. I hope that i helped you a lil
