So now, we don't know how many visitors to expect next home game cause we don't know if we get the right amount of visitors or soem extra we shouldn't get. Great for planning.

If you have a capacity of less than 19k you should have been fine

I know it's not ideal. I apologize
I screwed up

How about recalculated all Saturday attendance without recalculating the income? If you don't want to give money back it would be better than present situation.

this harkens back to the problem with training we had awhile ago, we do not have a perfect record of what the prices were at the time the games were run, so we can't accurately calculate the attendance.

Ok, never mind.

Should you tell us which teams has attendance of first league game calculated by right formula if there is simple rule? Team with Total capacity over 20 000? It's important for us for setting right prices for Tuesday matches not to look at teams with attendance calculated before fixing the bug.

Thank a lot.

In fairness we already (teams playing at home on Tuesday) have an advantage (or did have) as the teams on Saturday had zero data to work off.

So i guess we'll have to have a stab the same as they did and hope for the best. Either way its not comforting to read that if you have over 20,000 seats it seems we will be getting less attendence than a team with under 20,000.

Has atmosphere been programmed into the arena calculation?

That's sort of how I've been reading between the lines of Forrest's comments. (But I'm not Forrest's PR officer.)

I havnt been affected by this "bug" but still I must say something. It is obvious to me that there is something wrong. It seems to me as somewhere in your code there is something like this.

More than 20 000 seats -> less bleachers sold
Less than 20 000 seats -> normal

I would love to see comparison between two teams - one of them having 19 999 seats and the second one having 20 001. Cant you track some of these?

Excatly what i'm thinking.

i have 21450
bleachers : i have 13346 ( 18550 ) @ 14$
other in my league

arena : 17982
bleachers 15800 ( full ) @ 17$

arena : 16900
bleachers : 14500 (full ) @ 20$

I really think there is a down for arena over 20k, but it's unfair, even if the arena is bigger, we should do the same as 17k-18k-19k arena.

I would say now going forward things should be good, and you should look at tuesday's results before you make more complaints.

We did look forward this day's results but I guess it's more or less the same. If you like it the way it is now - OK - but I think you should not.
