last game showed what I feared. There is so much diffrence between my players, and a new trainee, that the trainee doesn't get a single minute of play (maybe he does when we can lead, but then again, in the BBBL it's not so easy to lead a game).
I'm in doubt now. what should I do? put him as back-up again for the cup, and hope he will get his needed last minute there? Or play him as starter to make sure?
Any advise is welcome.
As I predicted it realy is tough combining BBBL play and getting a youth the 100% training... especially when he played 47 minutes in a game and fails to hit the floor the next game. pfff
I had half hoped he would play several games for 48 minutes, so I could try to win the second game of the league and try to stay in the BBBL. Too bad the second games in the week are almost all away games...
As it is looking now, I'm almost sure I will degradate. Not so sure if that would be bad though, in the end the only thing that matters is my new star.
