my player like not much improvements

training them at maximum speed (OD monorole, some JR monorole, JS) you can develop two good players.

It is quite urgent to give them a major increase in OD, before that combination age + height will make it too painful.

Are you training him as a PG　ｏｒ　ａｎ　ＳＧ？

interested to hear - but if PG I would shift to SG! So the right answer is SG!

i'd go PG personally.. cos at that height the guard skills train really fast... but depends what your team needs I guess

with that potential I will put all efforts as simple SG. As PG his skills will be lower in average due to potential cap, and it will be a very limited player.

Thanks for the comment...Cause I'm training him at the slot of PG now....Quite new at BB might need all of the M'sia & World BB experts advices....

Oh I see....Cause my current team setup training program is JS & JR, switch between them when reach one month...

I'm quite new cause join BB not long ago... still looking how to perform better. Any idea what the best way for whole team setup & the training program ?
