salary does not tell all...

... but with such differences it is hard to figure out how it could be different!

Hi, I'd like to add few more U21 players here for our future U21 NT coach's reference. They are decent youngsters, and should be taken a look at:
(12177901)
(12177834)
(12178019)
(13595125)
(13595052)
(15028238)

There are more unpolished gems such as the following, who would also make the grade if they are trained properly:
(12177861)
(14036959)
(15028356)

Hope they are all well-trained!

Cheers.

there is something I would like to add to my program.

As you know, scouting and players growth is on top of my priorities with solid game planning and execution. The second depends on several factors, including opponents, the first is related to managers habits, injuries, but is very closely related to scouts work.

The goal I would then set to my team and me would be to have a major increase in players skills. The best and only measure I can adopt now is again based on salary (although you can have better players at lower salaries, see Centers with low SB for instance). On the basis of current analysis, targets at the end of mandate (so beginning S16) are:

Guards (PG+SG): at least two at 30K$, four over 15K$ (today: 1 at 16K$ + 1 at 19K$ (PG))
Centers: at least two at 40K$, four at 30K$ (today: 1 at 35K$)

I don't set PF/SF's as I want to better understand how they are, but it would deserve some further analysis as they are a bit more complicated.

Of course, this is not to make their owners to have some headache, but to deliver great players.

It would be easier if you set the criteria based on playmakers, wingmen and post players...

at this moment, criteria can be based on salaries only. I don't know whether 80% of PG's is trained almost only in PA and 1v1, or Centers in SB, or SFs in 1v1 for wingers. I experienced that there are patterns in the countries: in Italy for instance we don't love to train much JR on SG's (above certain limits at least) or SB for Centers (not a pity here) or RB for SF's.

I could set them only when having had a look at dominant skills, as there is no way to rebuild skills from salaries.

Unless your question was different and I haven't caught it. In this case, please clarify and I will answer.
