I personally think experience doesn't matter much (if at all) but everyone thinks the otherwise. That's okay, I'm not going to argue about that anymore.

For me, not only it isn't any better, but it might be worse. That's because the higher the experience, the higher the age, and after age 31 the skills start dropping. Probably not immediately manifesting with visible skill drop, but the subs get definitely lower.

I'm not here to complain either but just wanted to say Ive seen people with prolific exp and only 27-30 YO

More experience doesn't mean older players. Experienced is gained by playing more minutes, not by getting older.
I don't know what exactly its impact is, but since it's there, it obviously has some significance.

There is nothing for experience to do with rating.


I think you're dead wrong here.

If this is the case then you're basically saying that the experience category, which increases in all players over time, has no effect on the game.

I have a pretty good player, a PG, who fouled out in some important games. A few weeks ago he had a pop in experience, and played much better defense in matches against strong teams.

So I would assume that you're agreeing with me. Because if experience is effecting anything in a positive manner, then it only makes logical sense that it's subsequently having a positive effect on their rating as well.

In my opinion two weeks is too for a sample. But good if he is playing better :)
