Finding local players that are worth training at all is a challenge, finding one with MVP potential is a dream that I guess we aspire to one day.

Look at my training history.

Season 14
Daisaku Kawaida allstar now 23 $ 28 878
Norihisa Ushio perennial allstar now 25 $5776
Jotaro Kinjo starter now 23 $ 11 635

Season 15
Daisaku Kawaida allstar now 23 $ 28 878
Noritada Konoe allstar now 22 $ 25 781
a few other randoms.

Season 16
Daisaku Kawaida allstar now 23 $ 28 878
Noritada Konoe allstar now 22 $ 25 781
Atsuyoshi Kyubei perennial allstar now 22 $ 10 565

Season 17
Daisaku Kawaida allstar now 23 $ 28 878
Noritada Konoe allstar now 22 $ 25 781
Takayoshi Kawagichi superstar now 20 $ 13 084

Season 18
Daisaku Kawaida allstar now 23 $ 28 878
Noritada Konoe allstar now 22 $ 25 781
Takayoshi Kawagichi superstar now 20 $ 13 084

Somewhere in all of that I also trained
Yasushi Yokoyama superstar now 21 $ 12 449
Hisanobu Mitsuharu superstar now 22 $ 9 408 (could have been a great SF for us)

Here is the plan for this season.
Season 19
Shinya Umari perennial allstar now 24 $ 59 715
Takayoshi Kawagichi superstar now 20 $ 13 084
Shin Shidehara superstar now 18 $ 2 726

Umari is both my best tranee ever and my worst. He is close to capping and old, on the other hand he has a high salary and obviously great skills.

I hear you. It's pretty much a problem with every smaller nation.

And I just spent nearly 800k on a 19yo.

This is the critical week. This is the week when the top trainers will finalise their training rosters. I hope there are a few great players that will be free agents this week.

I think gert was dropped becuase he didn't have any votes by the 2/11 2pm cut off. I guess that means I win by default since I'm the only one on the list.

I've built a player list based on what I can find on bb-stats and will start scouting as soon as I get access. It looks like the schedule doesn't give me any time for a scrimmage with the team and I have to go straight into our first tournament game next monday.

Has there ever been a team discussion without me suggesting one of my own players?

Kaname Kouzuki (4834329) Center
Weekly salary: $ 100 575
Age: 32
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Why isn't he on the team? He would have the 5th highest salary on the team and surely can make backup C?

you're joking right? Salary isn't a good way to judge players. I think you know this but you still insist on spamming this thread...Yikes!!
