Got another question; last year I could tank easily and generate huge amounts of income each week (because I had a total of about $20k in salaries with no salary floor).

This season I do have a salary floor of $60k and my players are no where near that so, is there a penalty for not being at the player salary floor and if so would it be a smart decision to purchase 40k worth of players to get to the salary floor, bolster my roster and be competitive, whilst still trying to make maximum profit each week??

Yeah, the ideal situation would be to get your salaries as close to the salary floor that you can. That way you can maximize profits and still win some games.

If you have less than $60k in salaries ytou pay $60k anyway so may as well be as close as possible. The second player is fine but the HoF must be your key. He has some massive flaws but as everyone has said a whole season of OD will fix that. In two game weeks maybe some JS or one on one.
