48 is different. I don't know why, but it's a BIG difference in training. That why you pu ONE trainee in ONE game for THE WHOLE GAME, with him as starter, backup, and reserve. Train OD for all of them for the rest of the season. A week should lok like this:

Tuesday game Kolb as ALL PG positions

Thursday game Comerford ALL PG positions

Saturday Game Valadez at ALL PG positions.

Yeah, that was what i planned on doing, but unfortainately, Kolb was not playing at the last second in my last league game, when my coach switched him down so that a better Freethrower can be on the field.

What should i do now? just not train Valadez this week?

That's why you place ONE trainee at ALL PG positions

Like this (B is trainee, X is other plaryers NOT in training)

In game NOT IN GAME (2nd Row, sorry, Spaces are eraseed when I click "Send message")
________________________
B B
X B
X
X
X
X
X
X

(The X2, and X3's are backups NOT IN TRAINING, just in that position to play), also, X DOES NOT refer to just on player. X is a "Variable" and can stand for anyone is any position. That goes fro X2 and X3 also, NOT the same players.

PG: B B B
SG: X X2 X3
SF: X X2 X3
PF: X X2 X3
C: X X2 X3

As you see, B is the trainee in All positions. This lineup is fro a STRICTLY FOLLOW DEPTH CHART, toa avoid letting "B" (or you trainee), subbing out.

B stands for your trainee. This is also for SINGLE-POSITION Training. This line-up ensures 48+ mins fro training for him. P.S. This is PG single positon training. Many other people can use thsi shart to train SINGLE-POSITION TRAINING. For instance, you can single position train Center (You might prefer a Taller guy). And B would be the "taller guy".

For C incase you did not get what I just said above, here is single position C. whateveryousay, ignore thsi since you are not training C.

PG: X X2 X3
SG:X X2 X3
SF: X X2 X3
PF:X X2 X3
C: B B B

Is Valadez worth training, or should i get someone else?

Valadez should be your afterthought player. Simply because the other two train faster and better. Valadez is a lost in my opinion because 9/7 OD/ID is an ok SF in Divison 4. ID 11 is good for a PF/C in Divison 4.

What should i do now? just not train Valadez this week?

Switch to JS or Dr training and put him at back-up SG or as a back-up PG. Your trainee will benefit from it as training JS will spread the floor for assist.
