Please let me advice one thing for your 2 Nippon talent.
6' 6" height is not really suitable for inside position. If your trainees will be these 2 guys, you will train SF position for them. They will be one day great SF in senior team. :)

Good condition and point of view bro. I agreed with you. But I point of this for more good condition and advance. I don't know their skill and I also dont know other rosters skill also. But I saw their history, they are playing great in inside position. But they are still young. If they can train in guard for jump range or OD, the better situation is play in SF and train their JS is better than train rebounding. I mean training for SF. I am sure if YC will train all the way them for SF skill if the will need at least 2 seasons they will be hero for YC after 2 seasons. Their transfer value also more than inside value. Just my seeing. That is not the best. We all must need to try best way. Sorry one more may be one on one in forward position? How is the best? I wanna be we discuss like that all of Nippon managers and improve our leagues and NT. I don't want to be NT manager. I just want to be improve. Actually I don't want to take over also. Good luck.

Asano is going to be a SF/PF and Mootori is going to be my PF and sometimes play at C for the missmatch. For training, I think 6'6 is the Holy Grail of Heights(maybe 6'7)...The Bigs stuff doesn't slow down that much and the small stuff(OD/passing) only slows down a wee bit. I guess if you had been playing for a bit longer you would know the every position needs OD/passing/ and JS/JR. a level 1 OD on a C could be death. I feel like I should be charging you for these lessons.
OK...Here is tonights game....as you can see...my two trainees are just fine..

Shinaga? You've now moved from outta "passionate" and into the realm of "somewhat crazy".

Perhaps train your MVP 18yo, get him to a state where he's actually a viable member for U21 consideration... THEN you might have grounds to push your opinion so vehemently.

Dear YC I know your trainee are fine. I also agreed you opinion. I don't wanna say your trainee are no good. I already post may be u train one on one or jump shot in forward position. What I mean is I wanna see your two guy in NT. So they will be better in SF position. Training is really difficult to say. We cannot train all our rosters. Some manager have also their problem. I just want to say 2 of your trainee for examples. They are good condition. You have enough money for hiring good staff, and etc... Some manager have their weakness. For eg... They can not hire superior trainer (eg. My team). Some manager have good trainee but one is guard one is center. Like this.... So you will do guideline for them and adjust the suitable training plan is better. Correct?

So may be your 2 trainees is my trainees and I will said as you can see... My two trainee are just fine.. They can play well in PF and center. For my side correct... But If you will be NT manager. You can choose so many rosters for center and PF. These 2 rosters and other rosters are not too much different skill. Who you will choose 6'6" or above 6'9" for PF and center? I wanna say like this. I was not saying your 2 rosters are not good.

By the way please forgive me. Actually I also don't want to take over you. We are playing the game. I also don't want to use so many time for this game :) I just wanna suggestion. And we will try to do the best for our community active and please try to guideline for weakness managers. Because Nippon community is really small compare with other country. And we cannot choose too much local rosters. That why we need to take care of our local for future. That's all...

Dear malice, I understand what you feeling. Because I just join the BB. I posted about like this. What I wanna say is I talked about like this is not for me, for all of our community for going to good situation and upgrading.

I am sure I will train my MVP. But now my situation and your situation is different. I have no money for hiring staff. But my trainees are under the advance trainer. I also need time for rebuilding the team. I train guard trainees and I will sell star potential trainees for money. And I will continuous train my MVP. But I need time and money. I also need to upgrade arena and fill some roster for my team. I am welcome for discussion. So we can improve together. If you don't believe you see the Weekly tv contract. Every season that income was changed. Depend on the leagues teams, if all of the teams are strong that money will be more. Please don't see my post minus thinking or opposite side. Please positive thinking. And discuss with different way of thinking. All the best bro.

YC, Swoosh, Stunners and myself are contributing bundles in youth to the program now with our training.

Yup. It's only you guys. Thank heavens we have you wolph.

Sarcasm aside, perhaps note that guys like Kyoto have 3 National reps. And with his insisting on developing Japanese players over those foreign, is doing wonders for the NT programs.
The reality is that there are a lot of people contributing, and not much of what you just said is actually true.
