Its been great managing Nippon for the last 2 seasons. The team has gone from 72 in the world to 18th and beat some very good teams along the way (glad to see the GM's stopped flaming me too)

I feel like the team has come a long way and looks very promising to stay that way for the foreseeable future

But its time for me to tip my hat and move on.

All the best to the future manager of Nippon, I wish you continued success in the managers position!

Sad to see you leave Tom, but you've done very, very well. I hope whoever takes the job on will look carefully at what you've done, and do their best to emulate it.

Game was played, but my orders didnt go through so it went with my team default.

Considering Australia has some very strong talent, I think we matched up quite well for most of the game.

If it were a regular game, I'd be angry about that - but scrimmage. Meh.

Study his line-ups, look at what he did... try some of your own things out too. I think you could be a good solution!
