Hey,

I'm in 2.4 and starting to try and get our forum more active,, would it be ok to put something in the forum about working together to identify and train young English prospects?

Not sure if it would work but I'd like to try and help :)

I've been playing for a number of seasons now and enjoy the talent ID and training element plus having actually majorly screwed up my first HofFamer I now have a fair experience of what to look for and develop....

I did check the draft results for my league (III.2) last week: I decided to hold onto my scouting points and select randomly and I was curious whether I missed out or made the right choice.

I wouldn't even bother spending too much time on that league: this time there were 29 19yo (one is a HoF potential with 3.2k salary and another is a MVP potential with a 46 skill count who is on up for transfer ending tonight 1/1) and among the remaining 19 18yo there is only 1 with Allstar (or better) and 3 with Star potential...

I have recieved all but 2 of the prospects from Div III.14 (but they don't look brilliant) so I have put them on the forum
