U21 players are all but top level players.... I would be very surprised if a Naismith team is starting a u21 player, even as a backup it's not that easy, and even in d2 they don't start

I trained U21 player and lost Naismith semi final by 2 points that season

yeah I registered and and checked if my name was there before I made the speech. I assume buzzerbeater didn't allow it since I was newly registered and not even eligible to purchase players at the time. That's a shame, but oh well, i'll just have to do my damage on the forums and help out whomever does win.

1) Because I'm the best candidate. Others have had their shot. Don't think they are deserving of another.
2) Average. Did OK with what talent he had but what kind of support/enthusiasm did he get from the community. Not a whole lot.
3) Complete 90% of my arena. Continue to train my 3 SFs. Perhaps sell Klimo and grab another Canadian.

Wrong, plenty of sports managers have gone on to win multiple championships, using the experience they gained.

What makes you so great.
You haven't trained a single great player yet so, how do we know you can help other teams train players.

OK with what talent


I didn't get much talent.
Remember that the player's future U21 manager was an inactive Kumiko.
The managers got no training advice for a half of a season.
