hi. i couldn't agree more. probably the best player ever to play for the Grizzlies and actually liked the city of Vancouver, unlike Steve Francis who didn't want to play here.

...and then had his little known stint with Portland during a stretch of their not so good days. I was excited to see him land in Rip City, as I followed Abdur-Rahim closely in BC, but things didn't go so well.

pick someone from the mentor list who is available who fits the criteria I suggested.
Don't take a mentor who is themself in a lower division and really has no clue what to do and just likes to think they do. In some cases there are people who have been successful before, quit, then returned. Those people are hard to spot, so just go for the easy to spot, currently successful guys. Easier for you to see you are probably going to get real advice, not hot air.

Also, just because they claim it too, don't listen unless you hear other people more or less vouch for them.

I play 4 other online games and every one of those games a new user is given an old teams record, just a new name and new roster of random players. Just unlucky to do it at the end of a season and get a bad team. Not really unlucky though because now you'll get a higher draft pick and be able to have an easier time next season. These games are a slow game, it'll take time to get to be a top team just be patient.
