Thank you warrior !

Hi David Ivano,
This is a whole new team of me (since season 41) before i played a couple seasons (S12-S20+) as BC allstar.
That team was deleted because of inactivity :D
Lets make our side in II1 a great season where anyone from p3 to p6 can achieve the PO :D

Goodluck all !

I cant understand why Urartu and Rainmakers lose so much which such a good team... and some really nice players, but I understand the key to win is balance

Balance, indeed.
And that is precisely the problem if your first goal is 'training'.
The weakest link in your team gets you always a little more in trouble.
And...
players with a high wage bill are certainly not always the better players...

Basketball is a team sport... and every player should support his teammates.
Balanced trained players do that best.

Yeah I think my team is balanced this year and first goal is to win every game offcourse.
But I'm training my players as well. The nice thing about training your players by yourself is that you can control the wage by first training outside skills and when they get older the inside skills (for PF/C) and they will stay below 40K untill they have a TSP of 110 and they will be better than many other players of 40k.

But like Rainmakers, Belgium national team player, that's nice, another top Belgian and 3 players 30-40K, shape is good and still losing so much, I'm afraid for tonight...

Btw CCF Packers sold his whole team, bit stupid for the teams who have played already against him... Easy win for TGE and BC Gum now...

Regarding Urartu, GS plays a big role in his losses. He has only 7 player so with 3 games a week, he couldn't do better. It seems he's not playing friendly games so his GS should improve now that he's out of cup and could win more games.

For Rainmakers, the supporting cast is too weak to win more especially when Roos and Dejonghe are on the bench (12-13 min per games). But it is understandable as Roos is stil training.

For me the most surprising team is Red Fire Dragons, he manages to win games with a very very very bad GS. His team could play for a PO spot but he has to improve a lot the GS.

For the remainder of the season my goal is training and hope that the GS of Sas won't decrease that much during his long injury.

Hahaha what happened with Sas, who has cutted him in the face, I think the Dutch translation is not so good, it says cutting wounds in his face hahaha. Or are knifes allowed these days?

Rainmakers is indeed all about balance. But still he manage to lose from teams like Ham City... Don't get it...

Red Fire Dragons and Urartu it is GS indeed and yeah it could be a tactic to not play practice games and have less players, but not my preferable tactic to be fair.

GS is game shape.

You can't improve it with player playing more than 110 min per week. That's way too much. You should gave up a one game of the 3 games like ppmmp mentioned. To have a better GS, players should play between 60-72 min per week.

If it fits your current training, you could train Game Shape this week and the next. Without the 3rd game on thursday it should improve your GS.
