There is a team which is promoted from record and doesn't suffer the same issue. Maybe promotion from record is not a problem.
I guess one of the problems is your promotion speed is so fast that the season ticket holders can't catch up.

Now despite reaching the top of the league, winning both TV and rival and purchasing lvl 5 PR manager l've got almost 100K drop in merch...

It feels that everything in this game is against the logic.

Thanks for the clarification. At least makes some sense. A bit of relief, though still my overall income seems to be a way lower than should be (277k merch, 500k attendance) considering all my assets (4M arena, store, lvl 5 PR manager, perfect survey etc.). Anyway, I'm still dreaming to build a team like you with 5 local NT starters.
