But that effect wouldn't carry over beyond the game. So my stamina drops really were just random. That's good, because I like using FCP occasionally and don't want to have to train stamina afterward. I did suffer a definite downturn in 4th quarter shooting while using FCP, which probably has something to do with running a fast-paced defense.

so what level of stamina would you say a team needs in order to run FCP well AND maintain their relative quality in the 4th quarter?

but, as a general rule, players will perform better throughout the game if they have better stamina, correct?

well theoretically speaking in my opinion, it affects my players. Coz as i said from the previous msg, that my team lost their steam on the 2nd half. but i think i had the right tactics in mind. putting full court press on push the ball.
