Colesy is the man to ask, but from my view, he needs at least 2 more levels of Jump Shot. I like him though, it's a really good start!

I'd just rotate between the 3 of them equally. Start with OD. Train each for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. If you're looking for more of a PG than a SG, then obviously focus more on Passing.

Eh, he's ok, but he should really have some better guard skills to play PF (passing and OD especially). I know it's hard to train those for big men, so it's up to you whether you want to try it.

My guy, Adinarayana Gawali will be the best PG/SG in NZ 2-3 seasons from now... Watch out for him...
